EDI Support Specialist

Lifescience Logistics (3PL)
  • Main point of contact for all EDI trading-partner implementations. Lead discovery calls to define scope and requirements, then deliver standard 850, 810, and 856 setups, with 844, 849, and 855 available, to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Worked with developers to reduce data-mapping errors on inbound 850 purchase orders by 30% through custom mapping changes and proactive monitoring.
  • Freshworks subject-matter expert for the EDI Support module that replaced Jira as the team's ticketing system. Wrote the requirements and built the functionality for tickets, change requests, service requests, and new-client implementation forms.
  • Lead and co-lead the daily stand-up with the EDI and IT teams to record and progress current projects.
  • Built a Claude Enterprise onboarding tool that teaches non-technical colleagues to prompt effectively. It asks what they want to accomplish, so their requests give Claude exactly what it needs and deliver the result without extra output or back-and-forth.

A multi-language learning app with an AI conversation coach. I directed Claude Code to build the front end, back end, and authentication, set up hosting and payments, and ran AI-assisted security and code audits. In development.

A web app that generates blog articles optimized for search engines and AI answer engines, with a built-in AI assistant. In development.
